HOW ARE MORTGAGE LEADS GENERATED?
All leads are generated through
our consumer website,
www.homeloanhelper.net, and through our network of authorized
affiliates.
All traffic to our website is generated via legitimate and legal
marketing methods
such as search engine
ranking, pay-per-click
marketing, opt-in email
campaigns, pop-up/pop-under
advertisements, links
to other loan-related
websites, and our affiliate
network.
Each of our authorized affiliates is required to sign an agreement stating they
will not use bulk e-mail to generate leads. In addition, affiliates cannot
incentivize leads. This means they cannot promise borrowers money, a free gift,
or anything else that might persuade a borrower to apply without actually
wanting a loan.
We do not use telemarketing to generate leads. We can offer
telemarketing leads
if a customer requests
them, but we have found
that the lead quality
is not the same as
a legitimate lead generated online.

WHAT IS INSTANT LEAD DELIVERY?
Instant lead delivery allows leads to be delivered quickly
to your e-mail inbox. When a prospective borrower's request for
a Free Loan Evaluation becomes eligible for distribution via the
iQuoteShop.com, LLC lead database, you will receive the borrower’s information
as fast as current Internet technology will allow. This will usually be within
5 minutes or less, depending upon Internet traffic, your Internet service
provider (ISP), and your e-mail software.
Remember that when you choose to receive instant
lead delivery, you will receive your leads at all times
of day, 5 days per week unless you modify or delete
your leads profile, or de-activate your leads account
altogether. If you do not wish to receive leads on certain
days, please select the BATCH LEADS option. This option
will allow you to select the specific days and times
you want to receive leads.

WHAT IS BATCH LEAD DELIVERY?
If you wish to receive your leads only one time
per day on certain days of the week and/or only at a
specific time of day, please select BATCH LEAD DELIVERY.
With batch lead delivery leads are gathered over
a period of no more than 24 hours to fill your order.
This means that some leads within that particular batch
may be hours or minutes old while others may be up to
24 hours old. For example, if you wish to receive
leads only Monday through Thursday, the batch you receive
on Monday may contain leads from Monday as well
as leads that came in on Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT ARE EXCLUSIVE LEADS?
Exclusive leads are
sold only to one
client – period. We can provide exclusive leads on a case
by case basis only.

WHAT ARE SEMI-EXCLUSIVE LEADS?
Semi-exclusive leads are sold to no more than 4 of our clients. Of
course, we cannot guarantee that a borrower will not apply elsewhere on the
Internet for a home loan.

CAN I LIMIT THE NUMBER OF LEADS I GET PER DAY?
Yes, you specify a daily maximum quantity, weekly maximum quantity and you
may pause your lead flow at any time by turning a lead profile off and
then on again when you wish to continue lead flow without having to input
all of your criteria again.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once you create an account, you will request any credit for leads
online in the Return Leads area. Each lead has its own unique ID number.
Simply type in the ID number, provide a reason for the lead return, and press
the Submit button. A returned lead contains a bad phone
number, clearly false information or is a duplicate lead. Our staff
reviews returned leads before their dollar amount is credited back to your
account. Requests for returned leads must be submitted within 5
business days from date of lead purchase.

You create a lead profile to specify the volume,
criteria(filters), delivery method and delivery options for
the specific lead you want. You can create as many
lead profiles as you want for your different marketing
efforts.

HOW CAN I KEEP FROM GETTING THE SAME LEADS AS OTHERS IN MY
OFFICE/NETWORK?
We can exclude you from receiving the same leads if there are two or more
people in your office/network that obtain leads from us. Simply fill out the
Contact US
form. Choose the subject "Broker Network" and in the comments field provide us
the Company Name, Contact Name, Telephone Number, EMail address
and iQuoteShop Client ID for each person in your network. Once
we have confirmed your request with the parties in question, we will ensure
that no member of your network receives the same lead.

WHAT IS AUTOMATIC OVERFLOW?
Automatic overflow allows us to send you leads we have for sale that have
not already otherwise been sold to you. Many of our clients search
daily through our Overflow inventory for leads via the
Leads For Sale page on our website. This is a great way to
supplement your lead flow but many of our clients have expressed the desire to
"automatically" receive these Overflow leads without having to logon, search
and purchase them manually. Automatic Overflow is our solution
to this desire. We've created a new section in your
Lead Profile called "Automatic Overflow Options". By enabling
Automatic Overflow in your
Lead Profile and setting the Maximum Age and Lead Quantity parameters
you can automatically have these Overflow leads delivered to your inbox just
like your other leads without having to do the manual searching. The
Automatic Overflow feature will use the filters from your
Lead Profile to do the searching for you. Automatic Overflow
pricing is subject to the
standard overflow pricing and is not charged at the lead price
shown on your lead profile.
WHY ARE THERE LEADS IN OVERFLOW, WHICH FIT MY CRITERIA
THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE?
There are several reasons why there could be leads in overflow that fit the
criteria of your lead profile(s) and yet you were not sold the lead. The
most common reasons are 1)Your profile was OFF when the lead hit our database
and 2)At the time the lead hit our database the maximum daily or weekly lead
quantity for your lead profile had been met.
